You retain ownership of your original photos and clips. By submitting, you confirm that you created the content or can authorize its use, and that recognizable featured people are comfortable being included. Please avoid private information, receipts, screens, or featured minors.
How the content may be used
Franklin Hall and DC360 review submissions for possible use on the venue's organic social channels, website and newsletter. Separate permission is needed for paid advertising. Submission is not a promise of publication, credit, payment, a reward or a discount.
A private review process
Submissions are stored privately for venue content review. They are not a public gallery. You do not join a mailing list by contributing. Optional social details help us understand your credit preference.
Keep your receipt
Your receipt link gives access to your submission and original files. Keep it private. You can use its withdrawal control to ask DC360 to stop future use and review removal. That flags the contribution for private follow-up; previously published material may require a separate removal step.
Retention and removal
Files are retained for review and any permitted venue use until removed by DC360. A withdrawal request flags the submission so permission can be checked before further use. Removal requests are handled manually by DC360. The receipt withdrawal control flags future use for review; it does not automatically delete files or remove previously published content.
